Returns policy

At MakeupMaster we truly care about you as a customer and want you to be happy with our products. However if you have any problems whatsoever, then we want you to talk with us about it.

If you buy any MakeupMaster (MM) product at an MM event or on this website, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit—provided the products are unused.

It’s important that you contact MakeupMaster to first talk about the matter and to gain an authority from MakeupMaster Pty Ltd for the refund, exchange or credit. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or use the ‘Contact us’ page or telephone Bruce Rehbein on 0458 858 589 to let us know about the issue and to arrange the authority to make the return.

A receipt for the produce will not be necessary as MakeupMaster will already have the sale recorded under your name.

Returns must be wrapped safely and be posted at your cost to MakeupMaster Pty Ltd, PO Box 1228, North Lakes Qld 4509, with a note giving your name and contact number, together with the return authority number supplied by Bruce.

MakeupMaster will not refund or provide credit on any freight/delivery costs you may incur, nor will it accept returns when you have not discussed the matter with us first and gained the proper authorisation.
